Sauerkraut, Beans and Sardines - a healthy one pot dish

Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) sauerkraut - drained
1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans - drained
2 cans (4 oz) sardines, packed in mustard
2 jalapeno, de-seeded and chopped
2 scallions, chopped

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan and mix well
Heat on medium low for a few minutes
No seasoning necessary, but add salt and pepper if desired
Recipe will yield two generous servings

Perfect for lunch, week night supper or make this on a camping trip
