How to: Matte Lipstick or Lipgloss
Hello beautiful PL's!
I am in love with matte liquid lipsticks and lip glosses but buying them all can be very expensive. Are you tired of seeing all the beautiful matte lip shades and wanting them all but cannot afford them? I will show you how to make your own matte lip shades below. All you will need is lipstick or lip gloss and sheer translucent powder. (Yet it is that easy) Enjoy!
Step 1: Apply a dot of liquid lipstick or lip gloss to mixing plate. This can be used on low end and high end lip products.
Step 2: Apply your translucent powder on top of lip product. (ELF Cosmetics Sheer Translucent Powder used.)
Step 3: Mix lip product and translucent powder together. You will be able to see your glossy lip gloss or liquid lipstick turn to matte instantly.
::Finished Product::
Top Lip is glossy. Bottom lip is matte. Try with your favorite lip colors and let me know if you think below!
FYI: This can also be done with lipsticks. First, apply lipstick to lips as usual. Second, tap sheer translucent powder on lips.
