Here are a few simple at-home beauty tips I've come to love over the years that have definitely proved positive. Regardless of whether you're male or female, you should always clean your face each evening. So, for those late nights when you just can't muster up the energy to make it to the bathroom, reach towards your nightstand. Try keeping cleansing cloths, night cream and lip balm right next to your bed. Pat your skin dry instead of rubbing your skin to dry off, then leave it a bit damp and lotion up. Nothing looks more touchable then soft, silky, hydrated skin. Cotton pillowcases have a rougher surface and the friction caused by tossing and turning during the night can lead to unnecessary hair tangles and even breakage.
