Hope is still hope for the Filipino People
When we the Filipino people did not fully comprehend the real advocacy of Mr. Duterte then we still want him to be our president not the choice of supporting his Federalism reform movement. It is but sad to know that the price of “Pandesal” is 1 peso and we are happy about it but the real content and value of the commodity is degraded according to its quality ingredient. I would say that we are only good in formulating our hope not for our people but for our “Hope cigarette butts” that the old fashion of politicking is around the corners of our nation today.
And we the people are treating our politicians like entertainers but not fully studying the advocacy of each candidate. At the end of the day these politicians will depend their winnings from the candy wrappers with their names on it to give to the people during the last hours of the election. I don’t know why we the Filipino people are still fanned of this political teleserye. The political agenda of President Aquino is enough already to bounce back our economy and world political performance but as we can observe with our new candidates today the old politicking is still around the corners ready to lure the general Filipino public.
So much to say for this blog, but I want the Filipino people to ponder upon how corruption is still a practice from our National level of government down to our local government units or LGU. Indeed, we are still waiting for that hope of independence not only for the “Lumads” and the Farmers or the “Magsasaka or Magbubukid”. Sometimes I’m tired of our corrupt politicians BUT I still give hope for our mother land.
