Exercise your eyes at frequent intervals. Exercising the eye is simple, all you have to do is just blink several times, then close your eyes and turn them in clockwise direction and vice versa. While doing this, breath slowly and after you have done that slowly open your eyes.
Rub your palms against each other until they are warm. Cover your eyes with your warm palms for about a minute. Keeping your palm in the eye is a good way to relax and soothe your eyes.
Facial water spray during breaks can keep you fresh. It also helps in cooling your eyes.
A few minute walk during breaks will refresh your body and mind. It is also good for your eyes because walking will increase blood supply to your eyes.
Fix an anti-reflex screen or use anti-reflex glass while working on the computer. Also position the monitor and lights in a way that the reflection from the screen will be minimal; its better you get light from the surrounding than from your computer, so its best adviced that you use your computer in a bright environment, while working in the night, please put on another source of light.
