Must Have Items In Your Makeup Bag

How many times have you gone in the drugstore and didn't know what to choose? Or you went to the department store makeup counter and they made it seem like you needed everything? Unless you have a love for makeup or your a makeup artist you DON'T need everything.

With so many makeup products to choose from it can get very confusing on what you need to have in your makeup bag. With YouTube and social media it seems like there is always a new product or someone telling you "need" this or that.

I remember when I first started wearing makeup I only wore lip gloss, eye shadow and mascara. Now my makeup bag has grown and it includes many more products. If you still only wear those 3 things that is totally fine but when you want to really take your look up a notch these are the must have items to have in your makeup bag.

These items are perfect to create your everyday look. If you are a beginner or you have been using makeup for years there are a few things you may be missing in your makeup bag, that can really take your look to the next level with little to no effort.

I recommend buying products that can be worn everyday and very few occasional products.

In the summer months your skin will tan so I recommend keeping bronzer with you to darken the outer part of the face. This will prevent you from buying multiple shades of foundation.

1. Foundation (liquid or powder) or Tinted Moisturizer (personal preference) 
2. Setting powder or a powder compact (personal preference)  
3. Blush/Bronzer
4. Mascara
5. Primer
6. Lipstick
7. Nude Eyeliner (try to find one close to your skin tone) 
8. Travel Brush Set
