Post War Economy: Reconstruction off Truck

Reading from the academic journal of Graciana del Castellio "rebuilding war torn state" published in Colombia University gives me the analysis and concepts on how economy will survive after a war. The case gives the modern war in Iraq and Afghanistan were UN and the allied forces handles the rebuilding of business infrastructures in the given countries. Does the US and the allied forces give enough assistance to the country for rehabilitation and building a new economy? Many wars had past, during World War One and other historic Russian invasion, the after effect of the war and the rebuilding of the country itself is not equivalent to the disastrous effect of the war. Take for example the Hiroshima bombing during WW2 until today environmental rehabilitation is still costing the economy of the countries involved of the war.

But why does US and other powerful nations like Russia, China and other NATO allies are still enjoying the business of war. What can these powerful countries get monetarily from the small countries after the war? Philosophically we can conceived that conflict between countries are the natural effect of human survival. One nation will invade other smaller countries for example in order for the dominant nation to survive and become more powerful economically and politically. Basically, bigger nations invade smaller nations to "suck" its national resources to feed the resources need of the dominant nation.  Take for example the invasion of Russia in Ukraine and Crimea, America in Iraq and Afghanistan. These blatant example of International invasions for whatever reason is still a fundamental symbol of invasion for survival. Therefore, post war economy is the worst economy that will happen to a nation. When US won the Second World War against Japan they haven't completed their rehabilitation until this very moment knowing the side effects and damages brought by the atomic radiation.

But instead Japan rise to its economic power again by themselves. Creating the car industry to an International level were Toyota few years ago dominated the American market. Who helped Japan? .... Only the Japanese government. No body but no body will help a nation except its own nationals. But if we magnify the US strategy in their so called diplomatic invasion using NATO and UN, nations are in shackles with the treaties and multilateral agreements that every member country must comply. For a good cause though, but to some certain aspects, smaller countries needs to compromise hugely in their national capital and resources. As such, these political "shackles" will always "invade" the values and sovereignty of a smaller nation in a stealthy manner. Do you think that the reconstruction after the war is actually finishing of the political invasion of the dominant nation to the non-dominant nation? What is the future of these smaller countries? Do they have the future in human civilization?
