One of the political analyst in WSJ portray the possibilities of a biological attack in the US soil allowing every state to be more defensive. Possibly the US in the future will be divided by states like what is happening right now in California that the general public of California would like to exit from the United States after the Trump win.
They call it Calexit, if United States is not united anymore what will happen to the world and the countries directly involved with the US political treaties and activities.
