Politics and Public Governance Affecting Civilization
The revolution affecting the evolution of civilization’s public governance changes through times as humans changes its knowledge and understanding according to actual variables that may affect towards the behavior of one citizen. Additionally, behavior touches a broad concept of how a person may live in an acceptable behavior of a given society or civilization. As such, “Francis Fukuyama” the author of the book series “The origins of political order” and “Political order and political decay” portrays the different government policies and way of governance around the globe relative to culture and how a certain civilization would accept from their respective line of thinking and moral values. Fukuyama further introduces his definition of politics and governance according to the geographical context that by nature humans will formulate laws of the land that is more receptive to the present political scenario and its natural environment. For example, at present certain countries are not receptive to the global climate change out-cry knowing that in their geographical area irregularities of climate is not that felt yet by the general public.

The author (Francis Fukuyama) introduces his ideas in terms of the evolution of politics starting from the civilization of Melanesia were the actual knowledge of the given population will define the rule of law of the land. Such that, countries around Melanesia suffered the negative effects of injustice and governance among the general public giving tribal rule of law and excluding the international norm of governance (ex. Timor-Leste and Sierra Leone). Finally, the question is, how can political scientists hypothesize the present problem of “Climate Change” relative towards the massive number of population and the ever changing ecosystem.
