Furthermore, the concept of entrepreneurship directs its necessity when the human resource of a given company will try to classify and individualize the various market demographics in a certain national market.  In the given case of Google company, every national area of responsibility has its own marketing team usually operated by the nationals of the given country (not to include the negative result in china market were politics is being a concern variable of the case.)  But with other ASEAN and Asian national markets the marketing approach of Google Company is so successful because of their Entrepreneurial approach.

On the contrary, Entrepreneurship concept in google has its unique approach in the aspect of human resource were individuality and teamwork are used to accomplish tremendous amount of high technology product output.  Teamwork sometimes is misunderstood in a way that everyone in the group will follow the old business concept and produce a low technology product.  As to the organization that will use entrepreneurial environment of teamwork like google, the company can maximize the absolute concepts of the human resource and eventually collaborate all the knowledge given to produce the high technology product brought from the synergized spirit of entrepreneurship.
