Commission on election of the Philippines (COMELEC) is the highest commission of the country during election time. It is where the judges will decide if one political candidate is worthy to run a public office. The summon of the commission towards #Duterte2016 for December 8, 2015 call is to investigate Duterte’s technical and legal worthiness in joining the presidential and political race of 2016.
