Facilitators Development workshop: 19 November 2015
A Facilitators Development workshop was held on 19 November 2015 at The Da Vinci House.
The purpose of the workshop served in two tiers, as one was to introduce new facilitators to the Da Vinci way and Mode 2 methodologies of facilitation.
The other served to reiterate these methodologies with current facilitators through a catch-up session. The workshop was chaired by Dr Linda Sibali.
The session on the Da Vinci way of facilitating and Mode 2 methodologies was facilitated by Prof Bennie Anderson, CEO of The Institute.
Other items discussed was Level descriptors which was facilitated by Dr Ronel Blom, Supervisor at The Institute. These also included Facilitation and Assessment practices, which linked to the Level descriptors.
