Open Day: Supply Chain BCom (Business Management) Programme
An Open Day was held on 1 December 2015 at The Da Vinci Institute. The morning saw various individuals with a need to study further and obtain a qualification within their industry.
The industry in question was that of Supply Chain and The Da Vinci Institute, together with Commerce Edge have developed and designed a BCom for the Supply Chain industry.
These individuals who were interested in this qualification are managers back at their workplace with years of managerial leadership under their belt. However, there is a certain need to obtain the qualification in order to receive promotions regarding career evolvement.
The Da Vinci Institute as a Mode 2 School of Managerial Leadership caters for working adults. The workshops draw on the existing experience of the students in order to co-create new workplace realities.
Through out-of-the-box thinking and solution finding opposed to problem solving, the approach of Mode 2 in the workshops serve to cultivate and grow managerial leaders through self-discovery and team engagement.
