NEW Miliani Amore Matte Lip Crème + 17 Hour Matte Eyeliner Review

Hey hey babes!!! How was your Labor Day? I have to admit I did a lot of labor during the holiday weekend. I was blessed to spend the weekend doing makeup artistry on a beautiful bride and her bridesmaids; styling a photo shoot; cleaning my house and spending time with family.

Over the last couple of weeks I have been using the new Milani Amore Matte Lip Crème’sand 17 Hour Matte Eyeliners to insure the best review. If you follow me on Instagram (you should @pinkluxpl) or attended my broadcast on Periscope (@pinkluxpl) I wore a vibrant purple matte lipstick- for the record I never wear purple- but I have to admit I am IN LOVE with the lip crème’s. 

I have tried soooooo many different matte lipsticks that I am kinda picky.

To pass my test the matte liquid lipsticks must do the following:

1. Must be matte. I have tried so many that are labeled matte but are NOT matte...ugh
2. Stay in place. 
3. Don't transfer.
4. Non-drying.
5. Non-streaking. 

I first discovered Miliani cosmetics years ago when I wanted a beautiful nude lipstick for my skin tone. This is before all the new companies and the millions of nude lipstick choices. I instantly feel in love with all of their lipsticks and the delicious smell. At the time all the lipsticks smelled like wax or where none scented. A few years later Milani came out with one of the best drugstore full coverage foundations I have tried. Now they have raised the bar with the matte lip crèmes and very pigmented 17 hour matte eyeliners. I have to admit they are in my top 3 favorite drugstores list. I can always count on them to have my shade and deliver great quality products.

Milani was kind to send me two of the new lip crème shades –Obsession and Precious- and all of the shades of the matte eyeliners. The green and blue are perfect for fall makeup looks. • Breaks up when drinking out of water bottle. 
• Can be rubbed off. 
• Flakes on lips after 2-3 hours.
