Cocoa Ginger Mango Madness Meal Replacement

Ingredients

*6 tbsp fat free yogurt 
Few drops of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of honey
1 mango flesh
3 tbsp oat bran
1/8 cup fresh ginger juice
1/2 cup fresh apple juice
Pinch nutmeg
1 cup water
Casein protein powder 1 scoop
Cocoa 1-2 tbsp to taste

Tim prefers to use full-fat vanilla yogurt. If you also prefer that option then you can omit honey and vanilla extract, but you will be adding more calories to your shake, certainly not a great idea for your abs!

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients in whatever blender you might have. A hand-held blender will suffice.

This shake is perfectly delicious, healthy and quick to make. A great meal replacement that you can enjoy at breakfast, lunch or after a good workout at the gym.
